Instead of telling us to contact costumer care for anything not working why not just do a video that shows how to actually fix it?

I took apart my little green machine. Unscrewed the bottom (don't bother doing this, nothing to see but green plastic) then put it back together. I used the HydroRinse hose tool and let lukewarm water run thru that for 1-2 mins. Just a little gunk came out but still no suction. I removed the tanks & tilted the machine in the sink. I then ran hot water from the faucet into the hose. Gave the hose a good shake & that did it!! Dog hair and a bit of yucky stuff came out of the hose and bottom of machine where the hose is connected. I turned it on and I had suction!!!

I received this as a gift over Christmas and just tried using it for the first time. It has absolutely no suction and there are no leaks in the hose. What do I do?

Why won't the dirty water come into the tank

Why isn’t the hose removable so that it can be easily cleaned out if clogged?

So on mine i found out that at the bottom of the dirty water tank the rubber seal was put on backwards so the suction was being blocked by the closed off part of the rubber seal, also when i turned it on without the tank i could tell it still was suctioning just fine. After i flipped the rubber seal to the correct position it started working just fine

This is the dumbest video. Just tell me how to dismantle the machine enough to pull out the clog.
