I saved myself the money. The hose on mine was terribly rancid after we got a puppy and had to clean up many potty messes around the house. All I did was semi saturate an old rag in a basin with water, dawn and a splash of bleach and then slowly sucked the solution out until the collection tank was full. I rinsed and repeated once and my steamer was clean and fresh. Just be careful and try to not suck up too much liquid at a time and you should be good to go.

I can’t get the hydro rinse attachment back off the hose. I have tried using a flathead screwdriver to hold the release button in while trying to pull the hose and attachment apart and it’s still nearly impossible. Was able to get it with help from a second person, but they agreed it shouldn’t be that difficult. The attachment came with my machine, but wondering if they’re not truly compatible…?

Ok what if I tried this and it’s still gross in the hose? How do you really clean it.

I bought mine second hand and i dont have the hydrorinse hose tool . Is there anither eay to clean the hose?

Okay, my question is should the machine have water in it when you use the hydro rinse tool?

What if my machine didn't came with that tool? I am not sure yet if it did, but is there other way to clean that hose? Hubby was using this vacuum before and well he have not cleaned nqchine after every use so the hose looks like a disaster and all the dirt is dried up inside and it just super awful smell if you try to use the machine he says. So I told him you need to clean the machine. All he did is damped the dirty water from the tank. But did not clean the hose. So I am not sure if we have the tool but what if we don't? How do I clean the hose?

I don't even know if my product came with the hydro rinse self cleaning hose. Or whatever that thingy is called. It is 1:15 am and I am not about to go all the way three floors down to find out being 33 weeks pregnant lol. I don't even know where is the rest of the box, manual or anything if there was something more😥 hoping I will be able to find out tomorrow that I do have this attachment.

I just use a cup of water and suck up the water thur the hose!
