Excellent. Thank you. I had bilateral knee replacements 10 years ago. Doing these kinds of exercises regularly is keeping my supporting muscles strong.

Love the video, thanks for providing the educational content. A couple of these exercises are definitely challenging for my knees, so they will be part of long-term exercises that I can gradually work up to.

Greetings from New Zealand. Thank you for giving hope. My mind fixated on the word degenerative thus leading to a sense of inevitable decline... so why bother trying? My immediate thought was oh, I shall have to stop dance and tennis in order to avoid wear and tear. I need a paradigm shift to wear and repair which seems counterintuitive. However, I will trust the process and just completed a set of exercises. Mama did not raise a quitter. If I must live with OA I will give my body every tool to master the pain. There are children suffer from juvenile OA so their courage is inspiring too.

Great video. Thank you for the information as well as the exercises. Presenters are always good in these videos but kudos to the video editor as well. Great visual enhancements.

Great video ! Can knees go over toes safely when squatting ? Is kneeling beneficial in opening up the joint space ? 😊

Great informative video gents.
I have knee OA and will follow this regime?
I live in the UK and I have heard of different new kids on the block jount injections.
Can I ask your feelings on these please?
They are not cheap and our NHS is under so much pressure.
So OA patients may have to pay in the future

great video ...the other important factor is what you are eating .... a low inflammation diet can be very helpful and will also help with weightloss

thank you for the easy to understand exercises, and the talk about taking things like tumeric etc.i have fibramyalgia and have found doing water aerobics to be a huge benifit.i am 66yrs of age.i have lost a lot of weight over the few years since i have been doing these water exercises and have much better muscular and toning than before.but i have found out the hard way you might say that doing land exercises can put me out of action for days after this.what is a good amount of time to start with doing these wxercises?
