This crochet hat design will help you to make beautiful crochet hat for kids. Before I made same pattern crochet hat for adults & babies in this video I will explain it for kids. Also in my before tutorials I started Crochet hat from bottom and in this video I started hat from top. Line sizes for ages as follows.

Love this hat and pattern. I did struggle with the joining bit and had to rip it back a few times because I kept missing a fpdc, but once I'd figured it out (me being an idiot) it was plain sailing. I did it in a solid colour and made the ribbing longer. It's so squishy and soft. Thank you
