How do you.keep your mouth and nose closed at the same time?
Dr. Weil said just keep your mouth closed, which is fine.

I have bladder pain and urgency all day every day due to anxiety (traumatic event 2 years ago), hope this exercise will help to alleviate my symptoms...can we do this 3 times a day but never 4 breath cycles at a time that was the doctor said? (sorry I'm not an english native speaker)
