How To Use Wrist Wraps Properly

You’ve been wearing your wrist-wraps wrong. Okay, maybe YOU haven’t, but many people do.

We’ve all seen characters around the gym that seem to never take their wrist wraps off. They spend the whole workout wearing them.

Wrist wraps should be uncomfortable. To quote world-record powerlifter Bryce Krawczyk, they should “mummify the wrist joint”

If you can move your wrist this much, they’re too loose.

If you can move your wrist THIS much, they’re too loose.

Your wrist joint should NOT be moving.

This will hopefully help you to blow up your bench and overhead press!

But then why are some ipf lifters cranking their wrists extremely but still wear wrist wraps? I’m talking bout a lot of elite lifters not just a few.
