Verifying the Arch Linux ISO file using the Windows GUI version of GnuPG

This tutorial is for those who want to take the extra step in verifying integrity of an Arch linux distro .iso file.
While a hash checksum check is a good first step, having a 2nd verification pass is often a good idea, but the Arch wiki has no details for those who want to get away from Windows.

Hashcheck commands: (tab can be used to autofill the arch linux iso file name)
Get-FileHash -A SHA 1
Get-FileHash -A MD5

i did all the steps but i keep getting ( Verified with
Verification failed: General error. ) im not shore if it because if i got the wrong key ( pub 2011-04-10T09:35:33Z ) or if this methered is no longer working

and i have a 4gb lap
should I use arch or kali
or dual boot
cuz mostly my father uses this lap for office work
and I only use this lap when I am doing the wifi hacking in remote location which is rare?
