According to Dr Gordon W. Green one should read at natural speed where you attain full understanding. Your reading speed will develop naturally. Forcing yourself to read quickly could ruin your reading and destroy your motivation. However, your curiosity should affect how fast you read.

i have been reading for two years but still cannot call myself reader because i am unable to concentrate what i am reading and second thing i do not remember words which i have read with meaning.
from where we start; i mean that there must be a video for a beginner which book is good to read if a beginner goes for hard vocabulary they may lose their interest, am one of them who has been suffering.
