Omg!!! Yes!!! This is so profound. My ex narc used to say I was so "in to myself" and it bothered him greatly. Because I had my self worth, loved my space and had boundaries he could not penetrate. He went off with someone else claiming I.acted "disinterested". Just his BS because he's manipulative and could not get much over me. I won!

I just want to say, I really appreciate your videos! it helped me overcome and get through a really confusing and exhausting toxic relationship. I had no idea what I went through or why I went through it, but was left with the feeling that something wasn't right. He made me feel crazy and I wasn't myself, I became impulsive, extremely exhausted, he had a couple of friends back up what he would say which would make me feel like I didn't see something that I would clearly see. I thought I was crazy. They would convince me that I was just overly emotional and was a mean person. I felt like I was constantly walking over eggshells. I felt like I deserved what I went through. Because of your videos, I have learned what I felt and why I felt like that. I learned how to overcome the entire mental confusion and pain I was left with.. the worst part was the smear campaign and many people telling me how bad of a person I was.. They still believe that he is the victim no matter how honest of a person I was. Your videos helped me find myself again and to understand I wasn't crazy. ❤️❤️❤️

When you don't think you are good enough, not sure after parents that are and exes that were, not sure I will ever feel good enough. The protection is being alone.

I married one and ran from him after I realized I was going crazy.

Dared another one and after 3 months found him out. He was to good to be true.

Dating a nice guy now answe have the same values and im watching for parallels between him and the Narcissist

After many calls with Texts no Response I had to do research and boy within 1 months I found him out and went silent calling texting when that didn't work it was my family getting calls and I'm still silent. HE DIDN'T LIKE THAT he lost the games he thought me how to play 😂
