Could you do a video on how to strengthen your wrists? I always have pain in my wrists, so handstands will probably not work for me :( I always love your yoga shorts!

Thank you for this. I would also love progression videos I have been trying to do this the last couple years and I just can't get myself to do it for some reason. I can kick up but I cannot do it the Press way at all!

Love the explanation! What can I do about the head pressure? 😅 Im learning normal handstand, but the pressure makes me wanne quit after a few seconds

What’s your secret to getting that strong? I consider myself pretty strong but there is no way I can do this. How long did it take you to be able to do this? I’m wildly impressed.

I’m soo frustrated. Until I had my second child almost 5 years ago…. I was ALWAYS on my hands. Walking on my hands. Switching from legs together to pike to straddle to splits. Switch. Up into hand stand from standing like this. Or kicking up. Never with my left forward tho. lol I figured that out a few months ago.

And. I’m sitting here struggling with this after having myself upside down on my hands for 33 years of my life. Ugh
