Bfire I love this channel and these videos!!! been doing Bikram yoga for 20 years, but have never had the opportunity to take a class he is personally teaching. since Covid i have set up heaters, humidifier & mirrors in my bathroom and do the series at hime. watching these clips is fantastic!!!! Wow if you can post a whole session i can do the full session ‘together’ with you using the video … and get that sense of being there in person or at least close enough! this is a great channel!!!! i hope you are having a lot of fun at the training!!!!

Very nice. Been doing this series for over 30 years, but I sub Utthita Hasta Padangusthasan for standing head to knee. Bishnu Ghosh created a very effective series in the 26+2.

they did so well. i cant believe no one fell out in standing head to knee. the announcer was a weirdo tho
