Anthony, I cannot express how thankful I am for your constant struggle to keep memory techniques alive.

When I started all my memory palaces were indoors. LA
after I realized that I know my ways to friends, work, sport, ... by heart and that there are plenty of bus stops, traffic lights, shops and so on and so forth. I tried to make it more lively y adding actions. What I will try now is to prepare the palaces using my hands and feet on experience. Great advice - as always.

Thank you so much

”Taking action creates more motivation and inspiration than you'll ever need” Sooo true in my experience. I focused on touch for this brief palace and was definitely a different experience as I tend to be more visual. Thanks Anthony!

Essential video!! I was struggling with memory palace creation because of the detail. But it is far easier and more effective with better visualisation.

Hi Anthony Metivier! Hi MMM Masterclass and guests! I will give an example: I do not know who sent me the subscription of the magazine "People" to my home, but every-time, i read it i feel the shaking chills. I read it for practice English vocabulary.. For me the houses in the magazine are "Memory Palaces" there, i know i need to draw them, but i am referring the stupor and fear i feel when i read the articles, (it is the same when i am in a funeral, which i prefer to no see the dead person in the coffin cause i will not sleep very well at night for weeks. These are the senses, that make me remember and do not forget things, persons or objects, when i open the eyes. I wish that the topics in the news or magazines, all were lies and we all live in a better world. This is the reason, i try to do meditation, pray everyday to Jesus, to calm myself, because the reality i do not can control nobody, only me and because everything start with me, i am trying to investigate about the reiki, yoga, and more meditation. Im cautious on my future, everytime Im analyzing and calculating my present in order to meet what I desire to be my future. You just slapped the hell out of me man.
This quote " give up the need to have guaranteed results." im kinda skeptical about it. However, it did make sense to change your mindset and to focus on the next. Man, earlier I attended a free webinar on memory enhancement(local), sadly they cant tell me what are the memory techniques besides memory palace. Im wondering if you know any other that this.

Great work as always Mr. Anthony! I can't speak highly of you enough!

And please one question:
I know that you've studied or taught English literature, and I'm a student in the field, too. So please, help me out because while trying to work hard I get a lot of self-referential negative thoughts about the usefulness of this field of study. They are so crippling that i really lose pleasure in studying. What could say or recommend to me on this score!
I'd be grateful!
