It's not really a secret technique, YouTube is full of videos about this. But this is a very good video of course. The secret is to actually practice it everyday and to start with simpler things to visualise then to go on bigger things. It's just like going to the gym, you don't start with the biggest weights. Starting small gives your mind more reasons to believe that it actually works and to keep going.

I overcame my stage fright with the power of imagination, i felt so light throughout my performance, dancing more than i could ever did on a normal day, and the most mysterious fact is that i went to perform without any hope of performing, because i don't know so many people, but i reach there and i was just hanging around and the MC of the event turn out to be the person i knew, and he just drop the mic and stroll down near to the place i was standing, he even greeted me like very important person and i told him i was looking for chance to perform, and he set me up for it and i was the only one that performed that day and they still want me the following day 😂❤ imagination is power direct yours toward positivities❤
