I never use tap water in my netti pot. I use distilled water that I buy from the grocery store along with a salt packet made for rinsing out the nose (with the netti pot). It’s amazing how much dirt, pollen, snot, and other things are in the nose. Irrigating the nose can help with certain allergies.

I'm oldest of 7 kids my brother the youngest brother 6 th child got Insephalitis he was a little boy he was so ill could not walk anbsleeping so much notceating . We rushed him to hospital .
