The kid is very brave. If they lmow about this since they are babies, it's easy for everybody. Maybe it was a little too much pressure. I've did it to my kid but a little slower than you and with saline solution. I find the injection of 5/10ml easier.

Cuando se aplica mucha presión duelen los oídos. Se siente como cerebro congelado por eso ella se agarró así. Recuerdo la primera vez que lo hice y yo quería que saliera rápido pero termine lastimándome por apurada 😂 ahora aplicó menos presión pero se siente tan bien respirar con la nariz descongestionada.

A bit dangerous as the child held their breath which lead to a build up of pressure as he/she reacted. This could lead to pain in the eardrums or even more severe damage.
