If bar chords are difficult for you, try this- rather than pushing your fingers down harder, push the neck towards your fingers and you’ll find it easier to bar. Hope this helps someone!

personally i have no issue with F on electric because i mostly play power chords regardless, but this was super useful for acoustic and cleaner tones!

When I was starting out, I was a big fan of the Fmaj7/A which is played x03210. It's super easy, a really pretty voicing, and the A on the bottom enables some cool voice leading that plays well with, for example, C-Em progressions.

x03230 is also Dm9, and just a hammer-on away from the Fmaj7.
