This may look bad, but I can tell you after my previous Jeep Wrangler was hit at that same front driver's side angle at 95 mph by another driver my wife, teenage son, and newborn nephew walked away without a scratch.

I don’t mind the pass through hit and tip over. What I see is a pure deflection and re distribution of energy to protect the passengers.
