Anxiety is normal even healthy when it *matches* the task at hand. We all get nervous when starting a new job or having to give a speech. However if the same level of anxiety is triggered when you're simply in a grocery store, then that's when it becomes a problem.

I really think this should be said, anxiety, anger and guilt are all emotions. On the other hand whilst narcissism and psychopathy are on a spectrum they are still considered disorders. Although there maybe benefits to them no person who wishes to be a functioning part of society should strive to be more in touch and build on their inner narcissist.

There's a difference between temporary and chronic emotions. When it's from a clear situational trigger, emotions really are useful. However, the stuck chronic ones can make a person more than sick...

Personality illnesses like narcissm and psychopathy got just too many downsides to them.

I love the message you're trying to put out here. But the collateral damage of narcissism and psychopathic traits is far too high for us to see them as positive traits. In fact, seeing narcissism / psychopathy in positive light is what gives us genocidal monsters and exploitative businessmen.
