I add egg white powder and whipped them until there’s a dough and bake!! It’s seriously amazing.. I always fold in a few egg yolks after it’s been whipped up and flatten in a baking sheet ..and I don’t use corn starch, I use some cream of tarter

Okay so I tried this and it came out extremely flat- more like an egg wrap- I was using this cloud bread to make the cinnamon rolls and they aren’t bad but the lack of volume make it tastes more eggy. I think maybe one issue could be the amount of cornstarch? She mentions and writes tsp but I’m curious if it should be tablespoons… I’m not totally sure but it didn’t work for me if you figure out the issue let me know 😊

I tried to make this yesterday -it was nothing but light foam & liquid!! Should I be using refrigerated egg whites or room temp?

Is there an alternative to corn starch? Is there something else to make an actual loaf of bread? I’ve seen it done, but they use egg powder plus egg whites. I’m not sure what that’s about but I miss bread. I can’t have yeast and I can’t have gluten.

Tip: for regular cloud bread. But with more flavour add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1.5 tablespoon of sugar

Along with 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (optional but it mskes the taste better)

Also yes it does taste just like egg whites (obviously) but if you let it cool down it lessens the taste of the eggs and it tastes better as a result
