How To Make Cloud Bread Recipe | Keto Cloud Bread | Zero Carb | Only 3 Ingredients

CLOUD BREAD

Bake: 25-30 minutes

MAKES
10 cloud breads

INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
3 tablespoon cream cheese
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 149°C / 300°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Using two medium glass bowls, separate the egg whites and egg yolks.

3. Add cream cheese into egg yolk, using a hand mixer, beat until mixture is completely smooth.

4. On the other bowl, using a hand mixer, start to beat the egg white then add cream of tartar, continue to beat until frothy and firm.

5. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the frothy meringue. Use folding motion to incorporate without breaking down air bubbles.

6.Using a large spoon, scoop mixture to ten circular discs into parchment paper.

7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Enjoy!
