Keto cloud bread is the unintended result of a keto-related kitchen experiment, which is why it is also called oopsie bread rolls. Each piece of bread is a good source of fat and protein, very low in carbs, and 100% gluten-free & nut-free.

No need for flour, flax, chia, or psyllium husk — just don’t forget to add air!

3 large eggs, room temperature
1.5 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

I really enjoy your channel. I’ve been messing around with the cloud bread recipe for a few days. I like something that can hold up to a fully-loaded burger. I tried adding different ingredients and came up with one I think is a keeper. 3 eggs separated, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, 3 tbsp semi-soft plain goat cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, and one scoop of collagen. 300 degrees for 30 minutes. I have had burgers three days in a row 😂.

Mix your egg whites first, then the yolks, don't have to wash your beaters in between..🤷
