The Pixel’s camera system is impressive, but it needs to catch up in video capabilities compared to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Nice comparison. I am more inclined to say its more of who is taking the picture that determines the quality in todays phone market. I see parents take kids pics at sports events and they look horrible. Then they ask me to take a pic of them with their kid and the photo looks 10x better because I use the right modes or framing. I am a pixel guy, but the distances aren't drastic enough to notice in most cases. If we didn't pixel peep every photo and compare...they both are great. Were obsessed with comparing phone cameras on who's is better, while real photographers are taking the real pics worth having.

What really bothers me is iPhone almost always has a yellow or blue tint in their pictures-videos.

Great review as always. Two questions for you that would really help me out. Does the pixel do cinematic video from the front camera with background blur? If I recall correctly that was lacking on past models. Also, when you do the video boost, can that video be exported (after being boosted) or is it only for viewing in Google Photos?
