Correct quoting our man Morse he doesn’t like taking anything the body makes on its own. But I agree with you. We do need digestive enzymes. I’ve studied that for the last 15 years. There’s 10 sides to everything. Lol. Because half the doctors say your body will stop producing them if you take them, the other half say take them because you’ll run out of them. Like Dr. Doug Graham. But like you said, we eat enzymes all the time, especially in honey. And our body still produces them.

Love your channel. Just curious if you've ever experimented with cold plunges. I've been doing it for about two weeks now and noticed better deeper sleep, especially if I plunge about 4 hours before bed. I can also definitely feel that increase endorphin rush that you get from surviving near freezing. It gives you a happy, I want to do something productive feeling for several hours especially if you do it in the morning.
I do about three minutes at 2 degrees above freezing.

I agree with you about melatonin. We definitely have to be careful when supplementing something our body makes. The body will get lazy if you give it something it can make.
