I am pretty strong mentally but physically i am weak. I can survive heart breaks, break ups and divorce, lost of money, family dispute, work pressure. I went through all these already. Only my physical ailments i couldn't handle especially when i am sick for toooo long one after another. It weakens my spirit. Just imagine all my energy, time, focus is going to hospital almost every weak for the past 2 months. My energy is totally drained.

I have a good physical health, but I have to exercise more and I know that... And as for my mental health, it is better than before, but anxiety is still present, but it is getting better.

I eat well, but exercise just feels overwhelming. I can't go to a gym because of anxiety. And it's been too cold where I live to get outside for a walk. I occasionally do some yoga but even that feels like it's difficult to accomplish in a day.

I hate exercise I cant bring myself to do what I hate so Much I do enough to stay Ok but I Know exercise is important I do horse back riding. My diet is Ok but my eating amounts Are rolar coasters my mental health is stalling
