Today i took the exam and after few hours they sent me email that they are unable to identify my id, so i need to resubmit. I also resubmit 3 times but still its not wpeking. Same email repeating. Can anyone help me how to get out of this problem?

I had an issue while taking the pic of my ID. However, the system detect it and started the test. I want to know will it be a reason for not to certifying my results ? Will they again notify me that my ID is not clear to review ?
