I was struggling with Bipolar/Manic, anxiety and depression disorder since I was 20. I remember this song saved me every single damn time. When I thought I was about to give up, this song would pop up on my playlist. Whenever I watch the music video it always felt like Birdy is singing to me and staring directly to my soul. I'm now 27 and now every time I listen to this, makes me cry. I am so thankful that I have found this song. And now post recovery, it makes me cry listening to this. Remembering all the times I had to struggle. I have recovered and I thank Birdy for it. This is truly a masterpiece, she doesn't know how many lives she saved with this song.

I first heard this song in 2016. I was recovering from a serious psychotic break. Today I read the translation and I understand everything now.
