I already knew a lot of the signs. Here is my list:

Her eyes are dilated when she talks to you;
The arm touch (underrated classic);
Her body language is open and affirmative (she leans into you and mirrors your body language);
She laughs at all of your jokes -- even when they aren't that funny;
She smiles all giddy when in your presence;
She seems to dislike you almost immediately but for no reason (a strong sign of physical attraction!)
She doesn't talk about other guys with you;
She DOES tell you that she is having problems with her dude, using it as an excuse to spend time with you;
A normally talkative woman gets shy around you and talks a lot less (for fear of saying the wrong thing);
She picks up the phone on the first ring if/when you call (she cannot resist if she likes you);

I once had a lady who expressed all the signs you said, she always wanted to be around me, gave me gifts, wanted to see me succeed, always made her friends aware that we're friends, made plans with me, but one thing that kept us apart afterwards is that she wanted us to get married. I was 19, and her suggestions on marriage really scared me. I think she became disappointed and heartbroken. What she is right now is the good description of “good girl gone bad.”
