My life in under transformation, after i came across sadhguru🙏 and went through inner engineering program. I came to know what really is a Life. Life time experience and doing currently Sambhavi Mahamudra daily. Now i can feel i am doing something better than yesterday. Always grateful to Sadguru. Namasakram !!

I feel like the negative thoughts come from our ancestors and I don't mean Great great grandpa/ma. I'm referring to the the cavemen days. At the time humans were on an equal playing field as the mammoths and sabretooths. If the cavemen don't watch their back, they might be eaten or killed by those beasts. It's the cavemen's "one eye open while sleeping" mentality that is still ingrained in our DNA and why we have evolved to where we are today is what's triggering those negative thoughts. Back then they were thinking "if we sleep here, we could be attacked here and over there". Today is no different, "what will the person think if I do this or I do that". Sure the latter is less life threatening, but both are still trying to think of what might happen next in the worse case scenario. The internet exasperated that because we are given the ability of speed and with speed means more tasks could be done in a day. All it takes is to step back, deep breath, and slow down.

He said the objects of fear are false, not the experience of it. Fear is about the future that is yet to exist and in that sense, fear is rooted in one's own mind which is an artificial creation and one can take charge of that and that's what consciousness means.

I like this guy(teacher) of what he is tryna teach is ta keep ur thoughts under control bc the mind has both softwares of negative and positive. Especially if you dont know how to manage the keyboard.

The only way to eliminate anxiety, boredom and random thoughts from your mind is that totally immerse yourself in any activity and all negative random thoughts will disappear from your mind.But when you are sitting idle or not doing anything random thoughts will reappear in your mind.So, always keep yourself busy is the only key.🙏🙏
