20:09 Joe is a guy that made a complaint to Tesla about the chimes in his Model 3 waking up / disturbing his kids, so Tesla made "Joe Mode" that quiets those sounds. Pretty cool of Tesla to do that.

Actually the reason it's called "Joe mode" 20:17 is because a person named joe complained to Tesla claiming the chimes were too loud and was waking up his infant....hence a Joe mode that reduces the chime notice for rear passengers

From what I remember Joe was a guy who said online that the alerts wake up his kids if they're sleeping in the back, and Tesla reacted and made a spacial feature for him

Re: "Joe Mode". Joe is a Tesla owner who reached out to Elon Musk through Twitter Asking for a system, [later named in his honor], to lower the noise levels on notifications to not disturb rear seat passengers, like his kids, that might be sleeping. Elon agreed with it and sent an over-the-air update to all Tesla's to now include this function, if you want it. As the saying goes, "ask and ye shall receive".

Another thing to mention is that it is the first car with a heat-pump for heating. All teslas until this have had electric resistive heating. The upshot is that it increases the range in cold conditions by like 10% over previous models (if you are running the heater). Worth noting for people living in cold climates that right now this is the tesla to get. Also I find it really cool but I am a thermodynamics nerd.
