99% of ISTPs didn’t even watch the whole video and hated that there is no time stamp

ISTP here and damn this is pretty on point.. as much as I hate to admit it...
But as satisfying as humbling an ISTP in public may be, DONT let it turn into humiliation... if you publicly humiliate an ISTP you will make an enemy

"Never ask an ISTP how they feel"

YES. PLEASE DON'T. Even if you aren't trying to social engineer us, this is great advice.

Im a female istp and can relate...
1. I admit I have a horrible memory. I can't remember watching movies, most of my childhood... I cant remember what year things happened in. Etc.
2. I won't go to a doctor unless I've *obviously* broken a bone. Like... I broke my foot in 3 places but didnt go to the doc at first because it wasn't visibly bent into a weird angle....
3. I remember sitting at work wondering if my bosses were watching me through the camera because I would be if I were the boss.
4. I hate stupid. And I am stubborn.
5. I can be easily guilted...
6. I have social anxiety
7. And I've been totally betrayed by too many people that I thought were my most loyal people so apparently I really cant detect bad intent very well.

ISTP - That "you dont wanna be a burden do you?" cut me so deep. Being a burden on the people around me is probably one of my biggests fears in life, and that's why i plan on moving to the woods and living by myself. A life without running the risk of that fear becoming reality, so when i do inevitably start to break down....atleast it will be on my own terms.

My ISTP boss walks up while I'm watching this on break. *Hey what are you doing?* Get out of here so I can learn to social engineer you!

I am female ISTP, I'm not good with words to express myself, feelings, this kind of stuff. People think I am selfish, manipulative or just don't care. Anyway, thank you for the video, I can relate a lot.

If you don't have an ISTP grandfather, then do you really have a grandfather?

ISTPs are not "stalkerish" because they are the main types that don't like infringing on other people's personal space. Now "most curious" would probably be the best description for an ISTP personality type. Most people would believe that ISTPs are the most standoffish or aloof, but would agree that ISTPs are most definitely not the ones who would sneak around stalking folks. Every ISTP or ISTJ that I have an in depth conversation with, will pretty much say that they try not to interfere with other people's lifestyles. If your ISTP boss was studying the surveillance at work, then there was an issue he had to adress with the surveillance, or it was just so new that he wanted to be sure that he knew where everything was covered for the sake of future references because he knows that everyone else would be either too sorry to look or too carefree to look or they are the reasons why there has to be surveillance put up.

“Well, I don’t have any skills” Has anyone heard an ISTP admit to this?

You have such a fluency in this stuff. You talk about each personality type as if they were sitting next to you.

I really like the ISTP I know. It's really fascinating to observe another Ti hero but one that uses Se parent rather than Ne. I do notice in him (and in myself) the tendency to "over help" people at times (ie: insert himself and take it away from them and solve the problem for them rather than letting them fail first). He's supremely logical and thus comes off quite cold (which I can really appreciate in a workplace filled with warm high Fe users and hot high Fi users--and not hot in an attractive way lol)...which is why I like sometimes randomly showing him a pic or vid of a cute puppy bc without fail he gets all animated and goes "Awwww! A puppy!" lol

My dyscalculia went undiagnosed for 2 decades because I didn’t want to look stupid and admit I have an issue. Can relate. I do have to say my memory is horribly selective, it’s either total dogshit or stalker level memory. If it’s the stalker type memory I’m most likely planning on using it against you! But I will forget that and miss my opportunity.

My husband is an ISTP and is an awesome carpenter. He does not like to manage people at all. People within a type are still individuals and they are not all as you say.

As an istp I would much rather choose my own ring and I would never trust myself to choose anything for someone else that they'd have to wear for a long time. So the istp guys probably either think they're doing the best thing by letting the girl choose or they're just scared that they'll fuck it up and choose something she won't like.

Second comment, but I knew an ISTP who had a daughter in university. Her grades started to fall and he got his son in law who was web security expert to hack into her face book account and discovered she was talking to a boy. To which he promptly ended that relationship. I got a chuckle when you said they responsibly supervise.
