Training for POWER is critical for table tennis players.
Power is the ability to produce force quickly and at high velocities.
When POWER is the goal, aim for maximal velocity each rep and keep technique crisp and controlled. TERMINATE a set when either of those things start to fade.
Rest long enough in between attempts so you can apply maximal effort.
Table tennis players should train the full body for power, but in particular, include rotational power movements that train the core dynamically using implements like wall balls.
Give it time and watch your LOOPS EXPLODE!
