I added Minecraft's DEEP DARK DIMENSION in 1 week

Minecraft has been hyping up a possible new deep dark dimension / warden dimension a lot in the newest 1.19 update. but they didn't add it. SO I DID

i swear if they announce something like this during Minecraft live 2022 1.20 update ima be so mad

The ancient city portal was just Mojang click-baiting people. It was kinda genius really. Just add a portal looking thing into an update, and you get all this buzz and hype, without ever having to actually design or test a new dimension.

Congratulations!!!! You have made more content than the minecraft live in only a week!! Also love very much the bosa and the ball, the mechanic of other player grabbing it is very funny. The only problem is that if the player can stack them or have too much of it its too op, so if you lower the damage to two hearts and make 1 per slot it would be hilarious :D

I feel like if they do add a new dimension it will be sort of a reward for beating the warden, possibly even new unique items and armor. Cool video really amazing how to world generation works

There's actually a clue as to how to activate the portal. It's been theorized that to activate it, you light the flames under the portal onto the soul sand. Obviously it doesn't work right now and it's quite disappointing. However, when activated, it makes a reverse glass breaking sound in slow motion combined with souls being sucked in creating the portal sound we hear in disc 5. So the glass pane part was actually on point. Another thing is that portals follow a common trend in Minecraft. By using an intense heat source combined with an almost, if not indestructible object (without glitches obviously), it creates a portal. You might think this doesn't relate with the end portal but if you actually look at the eyes of ender crafting recipe, you see that there's blaze powder mixed with it (heat coming from blaze powder is self explanatory). So how they activate the portal in the ancient city ties in with how other portals are activated. Pretty cool right? (Obviously, this information I didn't discover myself, shoutouts to Mat Pat and other Minecraft theorist out there!)

one of the best things you've ever done, if I were you though I would've made it so the ancient city can spawn and have sculk sensors and shreikers so the warden can spawn. but you only had a week so its understandable

fun fact.
you can make a sculk dimension in survival. you mine the reinforced deepslate and replace it with obsidian. go to the nether and block off a cubic area for your dimension. go to the end and mine a tower. resurrect the dragon and mine the tower again. using your obsidian build a cube for your dimension. cover the walls with sculk veins. fill with the sculk of your choice. to make the sky get some blue/light blue stained glass and glow stone. place a layer of glowstone, light blue, blue, light blue... to your liking. and finally fix the ancient city/ mine out the roof

or install Deeper and Darker. it is really good
