Hi 💜 I made this video in the hopes that it would help you if you're feeling anxious or suffering from an anxiety or panic attack. These are all techniques I've learned and benefited from during my "journey" with anxiety.

Please note that I am NOT a mental health professional.

*EFT, or emotional freedom technique, is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. Though still being researched, EFT tapping has been used to treat people with anxiety and people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).*

Just to add, as someone who has suffered from anxiety related insomnia my entire life, you’ve helped me through quitting alcohol (the only thing previously to help me sleep)... Thank you so much ☺️

Currently in rehab about 2, 000 miles away from home. I still have 10 days until I fly back to see my family. For the last few nights when I have panic attacks and feel alone, your voice has calmed me to sleep. Thank you(:

I've been struggling with very intense, overwhelming anxiety lately due to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, which has made it very difficult to ground myself in the moment and practice mindfulness, but this has been exactly what I need to help me do that. Thank u so much!! ❤ I hope u are well ☺

Thank you sooo much for this i was having a panic attack in my bed while trying to sleep and now i feel so much more relaxed even though theres still chest discomfort i feel a lot better after remembering to accept myself and think compassionate thoughts. thank you so so much, I have been suffering with nervous stomach aches and shaking recently. I get really anxious before bedtime especially because I have trouble sleeping, and this really helps me to calm down

I've struggled with anxiety, depression and self image issues for most of my life and have recently lost both of my parents, my brother, and several of my beloved pets.
