Hearing you mention your week-long panic attack made me feel validated. I once felt like I was in a constant anxiety or panic attack for over a week and I thought I was insane. Maybe clinically they wouldn't consider that an attack because it lasted so long, but something weird happened nonetheless. I'm glad to know I am not the only person who has had that happen- where something that is supposed to be a short episode lasts longer.

Thank you. I needed this more than you know. My momma (44 years old) passed away on the 8th of this month. Her birthday is on the 25th this month. She passed in our house while me and my brother were home and I tried to bring her back with CPR but I couldn't. My daddy has been having a hard time and I have panic attacks when him and my brother are asleep. I have them because I know I am going to wake up the next morning knowing my momma isn't going to be in the living room. We had to go to the funeral home yesterday to plan her cremation. On the way there she kept giving us signs and on the way back home every song on the radio was like she was talking to us. I miss my momma so so so much.

karuna, you were the first asmrist i ever really fell in love with. i was in fifth grade and just moved back to the US (military kid). i’m in college now and this past year of my life has been so incredibly awful. i just want to be a kid again, and for a brief moment here while watching this video, i am. i’m a kid and my youtube mom is here and she cares for me. thank you so so much for being the one constant in my life, you’ve done so much more than you could ever know. im so grateful for you and this community. goodnight everyone :)

Thank you Karuna. I’ve been watching your videos for many years now and the ones I’m frequently coming back to are your videos to help with anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve been really struggling lately and the panic attacks are getting worse. And hearing you say that nothing is gonna happen to me and just helping me in general is absolutely amazing and really helpful. And I’m sure your life isn’t exactly easy right now either but you’re still here and you’re helping me and your community even though you’re going through something stressful yourself. So thank you. I think it is so awesome that you though to make a video for people having a panic attack. As a person who has had panic attacks in the past, it is awful. It is so nice of you to support panic attack sufferers.

Thank you Karuna. My brother passed on April 6 and his service was today. I woke up from a nap just now feeling panicky and lost. He was my big brother and I loved him dearly.
I saw you video on my YouTube feed and it is helping me so much!!! 💖💕🙏✨

I recently went through the most traumatic experience of my life. And I was stuck in panic and anxiety mode for two months straight. The Lord finally healed me, and these videos healed me. Thank you so much Karuna, this seriously helped me A LOT. And it still helps me. love you.

Pls karuna, i want to tell u, since i was 13 i watched u and now im 20.. ive been struggling w a few mental disorders.. i dont wanna get into it, but thanku for making me feel like HOME WHEN I HAD NO HOME, nor family, im crying while typing this.. but its been difficult for me for the past YEARS, i did reach out to someone so, im not planning to leave.
