I agree 💯 I never use fabric softener since I have sensitive skin. Fragrance free soap and baking soda. Easy to rinse and leaves no residue.

I use the soak setting to strip or want extra dirty or smelly items clean. I also do an extra rinse cycle

My mom literally refuses to not over stuff the washer. She has broken every washer she's owned. I tell her on almost a daily basis to not do it and she still does it

I watched my mom tear our washer apart scrub it piece by piece and fix whatever was wrong with it after my brother overloaded it one too many never seen so much anger and rage in my life and I never want to see it follow this man's advice.
