Welcome my friends. This is a very stimulating routine so if it is too much for your nervous system you can do nasal breathing instead. Video was filmed on a beautiful beach here in Mallorca Spain.

I don't know if this is new or if I never noticed it, but the camera slowing its movement down as the meditation progresses is a nice touch from the cameraman.

I am so grateful I found your channel. I have been practicing breathwork for about 3 years and I found your videos. They have completely changed my practice by offering so many variations I didn’t know about. Plus you remind me to keep a smile on my face. Have anyone tried these breathing practices on psylocybin? I have been doing them for a while now and I find them highly beneficial without influence of any psychoactive substances. But I am planning to eat some shrooms with my friend some time soon and I wanted to make the experience somewhat spiritual instead of just „tripping balls” 😂 Have anyone tried that and what are your thoughts about this?

I pushed through the 40 min ego death....

just now finished, I pushed the breathing longer and held my breath for what felt like an eternity because I couldn't hear your voice anymore from the tinnitus like sounds that were overwhelming in my ears so I just said hold it and the longer I held the more my hands and lips curld in on themselves as if I was seizing up like a zombie. I didn't feel like I needed to breath at all I so I kept holding my lungs closed off and empty as I stretched my finger tips together in a shitty praying motion until I could really relax enough to use my fingers. My lips I had to force a smile as hard as I could to stretch my lips out. God told me to stop holding on so damn hard and smile you sexy beast of a man. Meanwhile I'm still holding my breath and the rest were visions for myself. I'm going to continue to push it even longer, anyway thank you sandy. You are amazing 👏 ❤️ 🎉🎉

Hey sandy ! just wanted to let you know I use your videos everyday for the past month or more. I miss a few days a week. I started with the 1 minute 30 breath hold 15 minutes videos and now when I am feeling it I go to your 25+ minute videos of 3 minutes breath holds and find myself doing it no problem now.

The release of energy, and the overall experience has given me such a natural high. After getting off smoking weed I have been looking for that "hit" and this is it.

Thank you for your videos ! You have made my life better with the work you do. I have watched many of these, my favorites are the 4-5 rounds of increased holding as it gives me a rush making it past each round and at the end I feel incredibly light and clear.
