I would pair that w/ mashed potatoes, whole sweet corn, green beans and dinner rolls. I love to eat me a piece the next day on some bread w/ bit more glaze on it. Ummmm. You did a fantastic job looks amazing.

I just happened to come across your website by accident. What struck my attention was how would a fit woman like you be in a kitchen talking about cooking. So I started watching and recognized a lot of the ingredients and processes my Grandmother used and did. I was so impressed about some of the many cool suggestions that can be used and I can't wait to try them. I even shared with my husband about boiling needed eggs in the same pot with another ingredient that also need the same cooking process. I like how your down to earth instruction feels like you're just offering a heads up on the pros and cons of some of the processes while not being dismissive if someone has another way they might choose to use on some steps or ingredients. Hi, I'm watching from Louisiana. This is the most AMAZING meatloaf recipe I've ever come across!! It looks so delicious!! And, yes, it surpasses any meatloaf recipe that my grandmas & any other relatives have passed down to me. I love to see the onion and bell pepper in my meatloaf, just the way you did it. After I watched your video I wanted to go out and get the ingredients to make it. I will be trying it and I will probably be pairing it with red beans and rice or mac and cheese with steamed broccoli. Thank you for sharing your recipes and other amazing videos. This seems like a good meat combination. I know that ground pork can really enhance the taste of the meatloaf. We make our meatloaf with just ground turkey and Italian turkey sausage. We had to cut back on some things (being older) and watch our cholesterol. But occasionally we each ground beef and it’s like a treat when you haven’t had it for awhile. Surprisingly, turkey meatloaf is very good. But this looks like a very flavorful meatloaf.
