Really like the explanation of why you would opt. Against leaning forward for the stretch med. Hypertrophy. And also really like that " pull the toes up to your knees" qeue. Great vid man

Good vid, I like your logic on pushing back in the seat vs. pulling yourself forward. Makes it easier to standardize
