After 3 years I can finally hold crow pose with good posture for 2 seconds. May not seem much but its huge for me 🙏🏽🙏🏽 thank you

This was great. I would love to see a tutorial on how to 'float" to the top of the mat like that and how to 'jump your feet' through from down dog to seated

Best ever instruction on how to do crow pose. This is a short class that packs a fun and challenging wallop. I’m with the others about learning to float up. I know it’s all in the abdominal bandas and I’ve been practicing it for years with not much “success.” Using blocks helps because my arms are on the short side. Tim, if you can teach floating up as well as you teach crow pose, we will all be set. Thank you so much for all you do. Such a pleasure.

I started doing your videos about 6 months ago after I messed up my hip and low back and it has made an enormous impact! I am a family medicine doctor, and have started recommending your channel and that of one other woman with a YouTube yoga channel to my patients. Thank you so much. I’ve done day 11 multiple times. It is my favorite so far of this 30 day challenge.

Been doing yoga consistently for 3 months since I broke my ankle last March. I finally lifted and held the crow today!! I'm so proud:)) Thank you Tim and Collin! Out of all my on and off years in yoga I've never held it!! Special shoutout to Yoga with Adriene too, who definitely helped me get here!

I did day 12 two days in a row because the Crow pose was such a revelation and the first time through I wasn’t able to follow closely enough what needed to be done to achieve the pose so I watched it twice yesterday and got pretty close but not quite there so I did the whole session again today and managed a passable Crow pose. Some of the squatting needed for the lead up to the Crow pose I probably haven’t done since I was a toddler but I surprised myself that I still had the flexibility. Thanks for the very clear instruction and demonstration of how to achieve the Crow pose.

Thank you! I am learning crow prose.. work in progress. I love the way he jumped all the way through to seated without touching the ground - amazing!

Thanks so much for the videos. I love the blend of really solid guidance and information and humour. I'm doing this 30 day challenge concurrently with the 2019 challenge and the Mind Body and Spirit 30 day challenge so, effectively, I do each stage 3 days running. I'm really feeling the difference in my flexibility and strength. Can't thank you enough x

I am hooked, Tim! My husband and I have been doing yoga with you since early this year (2021) as a pandemic "couple thing to do" - I think it's saving our marriage! lol Keep it coming. We love it.

I murdered that crow pose today (I know, corny joke!) - but seriously folks, that had to be one of the best lead-ins to crow I have seen. Lovely scenery, what a beautiful backdrop to practice yoga. I really like how you support your fellow yoga teachers in your area, you have such a generous spirit. Thank you Tim, Colin and Ollie (woof!) 🙂

I love how you're sequencing this challenge so far. My hips and shoulders have felt nice and open the last few days (both on and off the mat) so crow pose was wonderful, was able to breathe deep and full with my collar nice and open. Tomorrow I have a yoga class so I'll probably be skipping the challenge, but looking forward to catching up later this week!

Great practice. Tim you are so funny, with your facial expressions into the camera. Had a stressful day and I let out a loud laugh and it helped relieve some of the tension.

Hi Tim! Let me first start by saying that your videos are wonderful! I noticed before in yoga with other online practices I was injuring my joints. The way you do warm ups has alleviated so many of these symptoms and I've gained a lot of strength in important, often over looked areas (like the back body)! If I have one light, very soft suggestion of something that I've noticed in some of your videos: many times when there is a difficult moment (at 9:18 in this video when you say "lift", for example) your tone of voice often mirrors that of tension and of the discomfort I feel during the difficult postures. As the listener/practicer I would love be reminded to deepen breath, be light and practice relaxation as opposed to the vocal cue being to tighten. Anyway, again I love your videos this is just something very very small. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do!
