The correct way to make hot chocolate from unsweetened cocoa powder?

Everything is to taste but this is my perfect ratio:
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/3-1/2 cup water
1 1/2-2 cup milk

I put the cocoa powder (and sweetener) in my mug and then pour the boiling hot water in, then stir. So then I don't have to clean a pan.

Thank you so much I had leftover cocoa powder it was unsweetened I try to make it normally with the s milk your way is much better. Thank you so much now I can drink hot cocoa every day now❤

U ma'm are adorable (I bought 100% but turned over backwards how bitter it is. gonna make hot choco now with honey only bc I love honey and slowly add less honey till i can eat the cacao pure after workouts)
