4. Add quarter cup of hot water
5. Add Ice
6. Fill the rest of the cup with water

Partly, After mixing both i like to make them sit in the freezer for another 20-25 minutes.

I put the water in first then the milo then powdered milk then cold milk

Mine:
put like a bit a milk
put 5 teaspoons
mix until it looks like a goo
add milk but dont mix or mix very slowly until one revolution is completed after the cup is almost full
add 1 more teaspoon on top
put in fridge
wait for how much time you have
if you wait long enough you get solid milo ontop and sometimes this works to get those nice small bits in the milo but sometimes it doesnt idk

pour a quarter of milk
add 1 last spoon of Milo
