And ginger is so easy to grow. In a garden, in pots, in shallow trays. I have so many in a little kiddy pool that cracked and the rain can escape. And the flower of the ginger is heavenly looking.😊

I take ginger daily for inflammation, particularly arthritis, but also tendonitis. The form is a 1:4 alcohol extraction/tincture that I make for myself from powder I have been buying online from a reputable source for many years. Appreciate your no-nonsense, no-fluff presentation.

Hey Dr. Kim, gr8 vid. So you mention that ginger reduces lower esophageal sphincter tone… I’m wondering if it loosens any other sphincters. Asking for a friend.

Hey! Great channel here! I have a question. Do you guys ever study what happens beyond 12 weeks of research on a consistent intake or usage of a thing? And if so, what kinds of foods or chemicals may cause a decline in previously concluded benefits, if there are some?

I have ultrahigh rCRP (about 5 times the norm) which has been steadily rising over the last 12 years. I've been taking raw ginger in the form of blending it together with cold water, a dash of cinnamon and liquid Stevia for sweetness 2 to 3 times a day for maybe 3 months now. I strain the results and then add crushed ice to make a kind of nice cold drink. The amount of Ginger I use is about, I'd say, the size of half a tennis ball. On occasion, I don't strain it and just consume all the fibers with it. I'm about to take blood tests soon. I will report.

Thanks! The mg amounts of ginger you’re referring to, is that mg of raw fresh ginger? Or of ginger powder? Or…? Those are very different amounts.

Thanks so much for all of your information you give here….It’s very helpful and appreciated! I need all the help I can get. 🤣 I’ve tried adding ginger regularly, but I sometimes slack on this amazing spice! I’m going to get more today! 👌

I took ginger in the foarm of a pill. Not sure of the mg. But took it 2 times a day. Eith a meal. It helped me with pain from overian cysts. I was watching something about low iodine is one cause of overian cysts. I start taking iodine supplement and I do not have that problem anymore. Can you do a video on iodine. I realized I don't use table salt, that has iodine in it. Also I don't eat enough things that have it naturally in it. I did the patch iodine test. Lol you find it on line where you put iodine on your arm and see how long it takes to disappear (the color liquid iodine for wounds) any way love to see an episode on that.

Ps. When I took ginger for the overian cysts. I didn't feel any muscle pain. And pulled a leg muscle from over use. Figures.
