We are going to do each exercise for 1 minute so you don’t need to keep count. And we’ll do 1 hand at a time because sometimes 1 hand is weaker or has a little more arthritis than the other.

All you need is a firm ball. This helps support your small finger joints and can often be more comfortable and more effective than using something too squishy.

Hello, my sport is kung fu and I would like to do exercises related to making my fingers bigger and bigger so that I have more power to perform techniques and also bigger hands. Thank you for the exercises related to getting bigger in a separate post. Train your fingers❤

Hello. I have arthritis in my hands but its not terrible since I’ve been doing your hands and finger exercises. I cant believe how much more flexible my finger are or how strong and painfree my hands have become since I’v been doing them. Something that I am struggling with is that when i change the duvet cover and i hold the quilt in my hands, the weight of the quilt seems to make my fingers curl underneath the quilt and my finger tips dont seem to go towards my thumbs. If the quilt wasn’t there my thumbs would touch the back of. Y fingers instead of my fingertips. If yiu have any exercises that woukd help me with this I’d be really grateful. Many thanks❤️😄❤️

I do brazilian jiu jitsu and injuring finger phalanx is very common due to gripping to the gi/kimono same for judo practitioners. Could you please make a video if you can on either injury prevention like strengthning or injury recovery. Thank you!
