10 push-ups
Jumping jacks (until 3:00)
10 spider lunges
Jumping jacks (until 2:00)
10 jumping lunges -> dont let your knee touch the ground
Jumping jacks (until 1:00)
10 walk outs-> try to keep your legs straight
Jumping jacks (until 00:00)

The workout :
- 10 push ups
- finish minute with jumping jacks
- 10 spider lunges
- finish minute with jumping jacks
- 10 jump lunges
- finish minute with jumping jacks
- 10 walkouts

what he meant was; a high intensity workout for a short period, burns more calories than a long gym visit that doesn't target your cores y'know... Its some sort of technique in which the heart pumps blood faster cuz the body needs more oxygen, so that keeps the calories burning even after the workout, they werent really doing it for the posture, but sorta to show people and give out motivation 😁 😁.. so please dont criticise them, and this isnt a pro workout for body builders, its just basically for people starting out, like anyone!!

This is why I'll always wear leggings. You never know if Ned will pull you off the streets to do this workout during 2016

My warm up:

Speed rope (60; 3 sets)
Jumping jacks (50; 3 sets)
High knees (40; 3 sets)
Wacky jacks (30; 3 sets)
Mountain climbers (20; 3 sets)
Hyper jacks (10; 3 sets)
Burpees (10; 3 sets)

I usually transition into leg exercises or ab exercises when I’m at home but this is especially effective if you are training for muay thai or boxing.
Try this instead. If you’re a beginner, then don’t hesitate to use this as a starter work out :)
