This for HIIT is very effective. I do this followed by the 7 minute pear shape exercises for 6 weeks. Each week 2 or 3 times. My hip size has dropped from 36.5 to 35 inches. I look thinner. Thank you, Lucy, for these effective short exercises that can be done at home.

Oh my life!! That felt so good, today at school I was really annoyed at somebody, and now I feel twice as better!! Could I ask if it's okay that a thirteen year old is doing these workouts? Xx

Found this 4 min one just to finish off my exercises for today. Did the ‘easier’ versions, did sweat a lot but only managed to burn off 30 calories 😱 However it’s 30 more than if I hadn’t done the workout 👍 😀

That was a tough one!!! Loved it! Leg blast mode! I love burpees! Another one I love are bear crawls... used to do them when I did a bootcamp class and they are amazing! Thanks for the shoutout for the quote too!!!! Got super excited!

I tried many work outs ..but Lucy workout works well .. short sweet and still effective.. I did many 7 day 7 minutes challenges... But this 4 minutes HIIT workout ...🥵🥵 .... Feeling summer in winter season .. Just Do it and feel it 🔥🔥

This was another great workout! I've been loving these lately, but I'm wondering if you have any ideas for how to get your heart rate up as high without having the impact on the joints in the lower body? I find if I do the modifications my heart rate doesn't get as high as I would like (and as high as it need to be for these to work well) but I have some issues stemming from my ankles so when I do the high impact ones many of the exercises leave my lower body aching. Thanks for the amazing workouts!

had to stop at the 3rd minute and stretch because the squat jumps made my back really sore but after a break and some stretching i managed to finish the workout and I'm so glad i did so sweaty but feel amazing 💃🏼
