Rinse and repeat is a no no for dry hair. As a curly girly I can attest to the fact that unless your hair has buildup, shampoo only once and then use plenty of conditioner.

I moved from those plastic multi-blades with almost no space between them to a single-blade safety razor. best decision error. there was a small learning curve, the edge is a sharper, but I don't experience any rash or ingrown hairs i'd get with the multi-blades.

The little JBL speakers are incredible! JBL is a brand associated with professional recording studios. I have two, and they can work as (two channel) stereo or “party” mode, (playing the same sounds in multi rooms). They really fill up a room or space with sound! I like to bring one and hang it with its lanyard right outside my shower curtain, and listen to a podcast. I’ve given several as gifts, and the ones I have gifted came in several pretty colors. The dynamic range is awesome! Great speakers!

I been using the wash and repeat, since the first time you showed us. It make a big difference to me. I always wash my face last. When I am done bathing. If you do your face first, all the other soaps are just going to make your face dirty again. My Aunt, taught me that. Years later I heard it somewhere else. I wish I seen this video before I shaved my legs, so I could try the up and back down.

I never moisturizer with lotion, I have used a blend of oils for years-while my skin is still wet! She's right, your skin still being wet makes a huge difference.iv been doing it that way for years.. lotion or oil it'll work great
