Girl the cinematography in this was g🗣️i🗣️v🗣️I🗣️n🗣️g. I’ve also been working on establishing a good night routine, and the 321 rule WORKS. Staying off screens before bed really does help me wake up feeling refreshed.

13:55 it’s referred to as your sleep cycle!! I’m studying a bachelor’s degree of psychology and your sleep cycles are in 90 minute intervals… ideally, waking up at the end of a 90 minute cycle is optimal for your energy and performance throughout the day😁 if you work backwards from when your ideal wake up time is you can also determine what your ideal bedtime should be! Hope this helps❤❤❤

i love that more people are filling their nutritional gaps with ritual! they're literally so amazing and i recommend them for everyone. theyre fine to be taken with water but taking it with a good juice or tea is such a life changer for me imo

My problem is that i look at being productive and taking care of my mental/physical health as chores. The more i do self care, the more I long for my resting time, such as being on my phone. I don't know how to actually be productive bc after a certain time, it will just feel like work and not something i enjoy.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.
