Brilliant video. Thanks a lot. Would appreciate if you could just list your thoughts on the best upper back, lats and lower back exercises.

Can you post a ”simple structure” post for an upper body day like you have done for push, pull and legs?

hi ben, i thought a vertical load for upper back with wide grip was a waste of time and didn't output any amjor back gains. should i put it back in my program?

Interesting. Dorian Yates always insisted that you can't fully shorten the lats without thoracic extension

A few days ago I tried doing standing Y's with the double cable machine with pulleys at the highest position was ok.
Tomorrow I'll be trying out bent over dumbell Y raises, I want to see which is better.

Anyone already experienced with the movement?

I used to do dumbell Y raises on a flat bench with thumbs pointing down for more lower trap stimulus, but this time want to see what I can get from the upper back small muscles with the above variations.
