Top Gun Anthem - Full Guitar Cover and Re-Recording (Top Gun: Maverick 2022)

In the early 90's when grunge appeared, a true 80's Hair Metal guitarist was Cryogenetically frozen and stored as an emergency plan to save future generations from crappy music. Less than 30 short years later in early 2019, society and music had already fallen to a point of no return. The few and last remaining good powers that be decided to activate their one remaining backup plan, with the hopes of saving big hair, over-the-top guitar shredding, huge synthesizers, music itself, and our society as a whole. This is the story of that man.

In today's episode, the80sGuitarist gets kidnapped by Hollywood executives looking to recreate yet another 1980's masterpiece; Top Gun. After recording an updated version of the Top Gun Anthem from scratch to pacify his captors, the80sGuitarist makes an easy but dashing helicopter escape from Hollywood with the master tape intact. My Dad was an Okinawan Marine during WWII & was, is & always be My Hero! I was a Reactor Operator onboard an operating SSBN, one of the 41 for Freedom, & I only hope my 3 children & 4 grandchildren are as proud of me as I am of my father? My son, just achieved 1st Sargent in the Army National Guard, so I call myself, “I’m my hero’s Dad”!

Absolutely incredible video. Shows U.S. Military aircraft from present day Air Force F22 Raptor all the way back to the infamous Navy F14 Tomcat. In between we have the other world class fighters including the U.S. Air Force F16 Falcon and the Air Force F15 Eagle. I understand this film, and the original "Top Gun" portray Navy fighter pilots but am glad to see the film makers acknowledge other branches of the U.S. Military. Unquestionably, the finest military in the world. For some reason Navy pilots always seem to get "Into IT" first. Must not forget we have never lost an Air Force F15 Eagle in combat in how many decades? These pilots and their support crews, no matter what branch, make this 70 year old dinosaur proud to be American. "Nuff said.
