Top Gun was the quintessential 80's film. While it was an imperfect movie, Top Gun: Maverick is the PERFECT sequel. It hits all the right notes and is a superior entertainment. Left the theater satisfied that my money and especially my time, were well spent. Say what you want about Tom Cruise, he's a major contributor to helping keep big screen cinema alive. Great job!

This movie is incredible. I didn't think they could honestly pull off what they did. Both Cruise amd Teller are incredible in this film. It elevates the original and doesn't shit on it like most other sequels these days. Plus, Jennifer Connelly is always a plus. Please watch this movie, you won't regret it.
